Green bean pods
200-300 g
Bulb
2 pcs.
Ripe tomato
2 pcs.
Egg 3 pcs.
Cilantro bundle
Garlic
2-3 cloves
Salt
Red hot ground pepper
Butter

Rinse the beans, cut each into 2-3 parts, blanch in boiling water, fold on a sieve.

Cut the onion into half rings and simmer in butter until soft, then add the chopped tomato and a pinch of hot red pepper, cook for another minute, then add the beans.
Step 3/3
Beat the eggs lightly with a fork and pour into the pan, immediately mix, add chopped garlic and cilantro. Warm up for another minute and serve! By the way, this dish is tasty and cold !
