Recipe "Custard cakes with buttercream"
Ingredients for 25 pieces of portions
butter
100 g
sugar
1 tbsp. l.
flour
180 g
water
250 ml
salt
pinch
eggs
4 pcs.
cream 38%
1 pack
icing sugar
2 tsp
chocolate

Step 1/10
Pour water into the container and bring it to a boil on the stove.
Step 2/10
Add sugar, butter, salt to boiling water and mix. Then remove the container from the heat.

Add the flour and mix thoroughly until combined.
Step 4/10
Cool the dough, stirring it for about 7 minutes.

Add the eggs one by one, stirring the dough constantly.

Transfer the dough to a piping bag and squeeze small sausages onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 40 minutes.

Whisk the cream with the icing sugar.

Cool the profiteroles and fill them with sweet cream using a piping bag.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour it over each cake. Put the finished dessert in the fridge for 20 minutes and serve.
