Recipe "Casserole with cod"
Ingredients for 6 servings
potatoes
600 g
cod fillets
500 g
squash
200 g
cream 10%
150 ml
sour cream
2-3 tbsp. spoons
garlic
1 clove
suluguni (or other cheese)

Step 1/4
Cut cod fillets along thin layers. Cut the potatoes and zucchini into thin rounds (the potatoes are very thin, and the zucchini is thicker).
Step 2/4
Mix cream with sour cream, squeeze garlic, salt.
Step 3/4
Put potato circles in layers (overlapped) into a baking dish greased with butter, then zucchini, fish on top, repeat again.
Step 4/4
Pour all layers with a mixture of cream and sour cream with garlic, cover the mold with foil. Bake in the oven at 180C for 30-40 minutes, until the casserole is easily pierced with a fork, sprinkle with grated cheese and hold for a further 10 minutes. Done!
