Chanterelles
400 g
Eggplant

Step 1/5
Peel the potatoes and put them to cook, peel the eggplants, cut into longitudinal slices and salt well, put under oppression.

Sort the chanterelles, rinse quickly, cut the large ones into 2-3 parts, put them in the pan, when all the liquid is evaporated, add the melted butter .

Drain the released juice from the eggplants, cut into cubes, cut the onions into half rings, add vegetables to the chanterelles, fry until the eggplant is ready, salt, pepper.

Mash the finished potatoes with a pusher in puree with the addition of egg and milk, salt.
