Step 1/5
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Put in a separate container and set aside.
Tip: If using bacon, cut it into small pieces and fry along with the onions and garlic. In this case, it is not necessary to additionally lubricate the pan with oil.

Grate the courgettes on a coarse grater and lightly fry in a frying pan. Leave for 10 minutes to glass excess liquid, and squeeze out the mass.

Combine fried onions, garlic, zucchini, chopped greens. Crumble the feta into the vegetable mass, add the eggs and stir until smooth.

Grease the baking utensils with oil and fill with the resulting mixture. Place in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes. The exact time depends on the depth of the form. After 20-25 minutes, remove the casserole, sprinkle with the grated gouda cheese and send back to the oven.
