Vegetable casserole is a convenient homemade dish that is so nice to cook from what is left in the refrigerator. Beans and cream make the casserole more tender and filling. Instead of the Vitaminka mixture, you can chop carrots and leeks, add other vegetables to taste .

Recipe "Casserole with beans and mushrooms"
Ingredients for 4-5 servings
natural red beans
420 (bank)
fresh champignons
100 g.
fresh or frozen broccoli cabbage
300 g.
vegetable mixture for soup "Vitaminka "
150 g.
pizza mozzarella
100 g.
cream 10%
150 ml.
ghee
for frying
salt
Step 1/4
Cut the champignons into slices 0.5cm thick, fry until golden.
Step 2/4
Boil the water in a saucepan. Divide fresh broccoli into inflorescences and blanch in boiling water for 1 minute, put in a colander. Skip this step if using frozen cabbage.
Step 3/4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Add broccoli and beans from the jar (without liquid) to the fried mushrooms, salt to taste, mix.
Step 4/4
Place in a roasting tin, add the cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
