Recipe "Baked Brie cheese with mushrooms"
Ingredients for 2 servings
Delice soft cheese with white mold (Brie or Camembert )
1 pc.
fresh champignons
250 g
wheat baguette
a few pieces
olive oil
Step 1/4
Preheat the oven to 180C. Cut the champignons into halves, place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil and put in a hot oven for 5-10 minutes.
Step 2/4
Put a whole head of cheese to champignons and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
Step 3/4
Cut the bread into slices and slightly dry in a toaster or in a dry pan.
Step 4/4
Cut off the top crust from the cheese and serve hot with mushrooms and warm bread - it's very, very tasty!
