Baked Sushi Cake Recipe
Ingredients for 6 servings
sushi rice
1 tbsp.
slightly salted salmon
150 g
curd cheese
150 g
dutch cheese
100 g
chili pepper
1 pod
crab sticks
1 pack (250 g)
nori algae
3 sheets + the same amount to serve
vegetable oil for lubrication
1 tbsp. l.
teriyaki sauce
to taste
sweet chili sauce
to taste
sesame
10 g
green onion
multiple feathers
Step 1/9
Boil the rice until tender and lay in an even layer on the bottom of a deep refractory mold, greased with oil.
Step 2/9
Crumble arbitrary nori on top so as to completely cover the rice layer.

Cut the fish into small cubes and put on the seaweed.

Finely chop the chilli.

For the top layer, mix curd and Dutch cheese, chilli and fiber-pulled crab sticks in a bowl. Stir properly.

Spoon the cheese and crab mass over the fish and flatten.

Bake the sushi cake at 180 degrees for 5-7 minutes.

Pour sauces over the finished dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Serve in batches with sliced nori leaves and soy sauce.
