Recipe "Baked mussels with cheese sauce"
Ingredients for 4-5 servings
mussels blue on half-leaf
1 pack (1 kg)
cheddar cheese
150 g
sour cream 20%
150 ml
corn starch
20 g
butter
30 g
garlic
1 clove
ground paprika
to taste
teriyaki sauce
20 ml
salt
to taste
fresh parsley to serve
to taste

Defrost the mussels beforehand to avoid excess moisture during baking.
Step 2/6
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Step 3/6
Pass the garlic through the press and mix with the cheese and the rest of the ingredients.
Step 4/6
Spoon a teaspoon of the resulting mass onto each mussel half-leaf and pour over the teriyaki sauce.
Step 5/6
Bake the mussels in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
