Onion red

Cherry tomatoes

Step 1/3
Peel the red and white onions and cut into large rings. Cut the stem of the leek into large pieces (pieces 3-4 cm long), fold into a baking dish. Mix vegetable oil with salt, black pepper, dried garlic, paprika and dried parsley and pour the resulting marinade over the onions.
Step 2/3
In butter, fry the shoulder on both sides. Place the meat on top of the onion, cover with water. Cover with a lid or foil. Cook at 170 degrees for 2 hours, then remove the lid and bake for another half hour.
Step 3/3
Slice the finished meat and serve hot with the baked onions, fresh cherry tomatoes and a salad of fresh herbs.
