A festive snack that looks like a Napoleon cake. You can cook the day before the celebration - it will only taste better. Choose any filling: from a simple but win-win combination of chicken and mushrooms to more refined versions like pear with blue cheese.

Ingredients for 4 servings
layered yeast dough
1 pack
chicken drumstick
2 pcs.
champignons

onions
50 g
Manchester cheese or any other hard
80 g
mayonnaise
1 can (150g)
sour cream 25%
50 g
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
garlic
a pair of cloves
fresh dill
15 g
butter
10 g
vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l.
dry garlic

Step 1/7
Roll out the dough and cut two squares out of it about 20cm by 20cm. The trimmings come in handy later for decorating. Bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes, then cool and halve each square.

Boil chicken drumstick until tender, chill.

Cut onions and mushrooms, fry until cooked in a mixture of butter and vegetable oils with salt, pepper and dry garlic.

Assemble the filling: chopped chicken, mushrooms with onions, then dill and grated cheese.

For the sauce, mix mayonnaise with sour cream and crushed garlic, add salt and pepper to taste.

Collect the "cake": cake, filling, sauce. Repeat three times.

Coat the finished product with sauce and sprinkle with cake crumbs.
