One of the options for everyone's favorite pita rolls is with tuna and Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.

Ingredients for 2 servings
canned tuna
1 bank
avocado
1 pc.
egg

Greek yogurt
2 jars
Beijing cabbage (or other salad)
2-3 sheets
Armenian pita bread
lemon juice
1 tbsp. spoon

Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool in cold water.
Step 2/4
Put the tuna on a plate, mash with a fork, add Greek yogurt and mix well, salt and pepper to taste, spread evenly over a large sheet of pita bread.

Peel and finely dice the ripe avocado, drizzle with lemon juice, chop the eggs and leaves of the Beijing salad, mix, put on top of the tuna.

Twist the pita bread into a roll on the long side, wrap in film and let it brew in the refrigerator for two hours. Cut the finished roll into rounds and serve!
