Prepare the filling: finely chop the onions and fry in a small amount of vegetable oil, put the peppers and eggplants pierced in several places with a fork on a baking sheet in the oven and bake until soft if 200S. First, the peppers will be cooked - put them hot in a bag and leave for a few minutes, then remove the skin, then peel the eggplants, chop the vegetables into cubes. Add herbs, onions, crushed garlic and hot pepper, salt, mix.

Cut each sheet of dough lengthwise into three parts, brush each strip with vegetable oil, put a tablespoon with a heap of filling on top, roll up so that you get triangular pies. Put the pies on an oiled baking sheet and bake at 200S for 20-30 minutes.
