Step 1/4
Fold the baking paper into two layers, wet and squeeze.
Step 2/4
Put the Hawaiian mixture on the middle of the paper with a slide, cover with water. Top with a piece of butter and fish.

Sprinkle with salt and spices to taste. Collect the paper in a bag and tie off the strip cut off from the baking sleeve.

Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ for 30-40 minutes. Serve the pouches hot.
