Ingredients for 10 servings

tomato paste
200 g
garlic
1 head
salt
1 tbsp. l.
sugar
200 g
vegetable oil
200 ml
water
300 ml
vinegar 9%
70 ml
fennel
ad libitum
Step 1/5
Pour water and vegetable oil into a saucepan with a thick bottom. Add salt, sugar and tomato paste. Stir the marinade thoroughly and bring to a boil.

Peel and seed the courgettes and cut into cubes.
Step 3/5
Add the courgettes to the marinade. Simmer to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Then add vinegar and crushed garlic to zucchini and stir thoroughly. If desired, you can add several dill umbrellas. Leave on the fire for another 5 minutes.

Remove the dill from the starter before serving or swirling. Bon appetit.
