Step 1/15
Peppers:
Put the bell peppers in the casserole sleeve. Bake in the oven at 180C for 15 minutes.

Put in the second sleeve for baking: a head of garlic, butter, black pepper, oregano, thyme and salt. Bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.

After baking, peel the peppers and peel the garlic.

Cut the bell peppers into wedges.
