Recipe "Egg in a squash with cheese "
Ingredients for 2 servings
squash
1 pc.
egg
4 pcs.
tomato
1 pc.
bell pepper
1 pc.
cheese
50 g
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
vegetable oil
for lubrication
Step 1/6
Rinse and dry the zucchini. Slice the courgette into thin slices.
Step 2/6
Brush the ramekins with vegetable oil and spoon 2-3 slices of chopped courgette into each tin.
Step 3/6
Rinse and dry the bell peppers and tomato. Cut into a small cube.
Step 4/6
Put chopped pepper and tomato in each ramekin with zucchini. Pour one egg on top. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5/6
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ℃ for 10 minutes.
Step 6/6
Grate the cheese and place on top of the molds. Send to the oven until the cheese has melted.
