cornstarch
70g + extra 100g for mochi dipping
sugar
30 g
milk 3.2%
300 ml
butter 82.5%

icing sugar

curd cheese "Creamy"

Mix rice flour, starch and warm milk with a whisk until smooth.

Cover the bowl tightly with film and a sharp knife to make a few holes. Microwave for 3 minutes.
