Ingredients for 2 servings

Borodino bread
2 pieces
egg
2 pcs.
vegetable oil
1 tbsp. spoon
freshly ground black pepper
to taste
salt
to taste

Cut the middle out of the pieces of bread to make a square hole.

In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil and put the bread and cut out the middle, fry on one side until slightly golden.
