Recipe "Apple pie with sour cream filling"
Ingredients for 5-6 servings
flour
150 g
butter
100 g
egg
1 pc.
ice water
4 tbsp. l.
sweet apples
500g deseeded and peeled
lemon juice
to taste
sour cream 15%
250 g
sugar
100 g
vanilla sugar
1 pack (15 g)
starch
1 tbsp. l.
flour for pouring
1 tbsp. l.
Step 1/7
Use a wide knife to chop the flour and cold butter on a board or table until crumpled.
Step 2/7
Pour a slide from the crumbs, make a small recess in it and add an egg and ice water there. Quickly knead the soft dough, roll it into a ball, wrap it in cling film and refrigerate for at least half an hour.
Step 3/7
Cut the apples into thin 2-3mm slices and drizzle over the lemon juice to avoid getting dark.
Step 4/7
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and spread your hands over the shape, making the sides. There is no need to lubricate the mold - the dough will not stick.
Step 5/7
Put the apples in the dough in layers.
Step 6/7
Mix sour cream with ordinary and vanilla sugar, add starch and flour. If the sour cream is very thick, pour in some milk.
Step 7/7
Pour the mixture over the apples and place the cake in the oven, preheated to 200C, for 45 minutes. Let it cool to room temperature before cutting.
