Recipe "Air donuts"
Ingredients for 6 servings
milk 3.2%
150 ml
egg
1 pc.
flour
350 g
butter 82.5%
50 g
sugar
50 g
salt
pinch
vegetable oil
for roasting about 500ml
fast-acting yeast
4 g
water
30 ml
icing sugar

Step 1/8
Combine warm milk, water, yeast, sugar, salt and egg.
Step 2/8
Gradually introduce the flour, kneading the dough.
Step 3/8
Add the softened butter at room temperature. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes more.

Leave in a warm place for 2 hours.
Step 5/8
Form 50 g balls from the dough. Leave in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Step 6/8
Make a hole in each doughnut.
Step 7/8
Fry in heated oil on each side until golden for 2-3 minutes.
Step 8/8
Place the doughnuts on a paper towel to make the glass extra oil. Cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
