hercules oats (regular, long-boiled)
50 g
boiled water
50 ml
walnut

honey
1-2 tsp
kefir 2.5%

Rinse and dry the raisins. Put the oatmeal and raisins in a bowl. Cover with boiling water so that the water barely covers the top, and immediately cover with a saucer. Leave for about 10-15 minutes until the water is fully absorbed.

Add the kefir and stir.

Chop nuts with a knife. Transfer the porridge to a plate if desired. Drizzle over the honey and sprinkle over the nuts. Stir. You can decorate with raisins.
