Add a light fresh salad to the diet, saturated with fiber and vitamins, which are so lacking in spring. A salad with daikon and cucumbers works well with any side dishes, especially mashed potatoes and boiled buckwheat.

Ingredients for 4 servings
Daikon
1 pc (150g)
Carrots
1 pc (100g)
Cucumber fresh
3 pcs.
Spinach fresh
20 g
Parsley
a few twigs
Mustard oil
1 tbsp. spoon
Step 1/2
Peel and grate the daikon and carrots for the Korean carrots. If there is no such grater, you can use the usual one or cut into thin blocks with a sharp knife. Grate the cucumber as well.
Step 2/2
Mix vegetables with spinach, chopped parsley, salt and season with mustard oil.
