Recipe "Spring starter from wild garlic with tomatoes "
Ingredients

2 bunches
peeled tomatoes in ss
1 tin (or tomatoes diced 2 cans)
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
salt
freshly ground black pepper
Step 1/2
Cut the tomatoes and put in a saucepan along with the juice, salt to taste, add oil and warm for about 5 minutes.
Step 2/2
Rinse the wild garlic, dry and roughly cut, put in a saucepan with tomato and turn off the heating. Stir - done! Delicious both hot and cold.
