Recipe "Vegetarian tofu omelette"
Ingredients for 2 servings
tofu "Classic"
300g
dried tomatoes in oil
100 g
frozen spinach
100-150 g
culinary mixture "Black and white sesame"
to taste
turmeric
pinch
olive oil
salt
Step 1/3
In a frying pan, heat the olive oil (or use butter from the cured tomatoes), spoon over the frozen spinach, cover and let defrost over a low heat.
Step 2/3
Remove the dried tomatoes from the oil, cut into pieces and add to the spinach, increase the heat. Cook for another minute .
Step 3/3
Crumble the tofu with your hands directly into the pan, add the turmeric and salt and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes. Serve the finished omelette hot, sprinkled with sesame seeds!
