Vegan Brownie Recipe
Ingredients for 6 servings
vegetable oil
60ml + a little more for lubrication
sugar
100 g
vanilla paste or vanilla sugar with vanilla seeds
1 tsp
wheat flour
130 g
cocoa powder
35 g
soda
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
squash
250 g
bitter chocolate

Step 1/9
Combine the butter, sugar and vanilla in a large bowl.
Step 2/9
Add the flour, cocoa, soda and salt. Mix until smooth.

Coarsely grate the courgettes.
Step 4/9
Stir the courgettes into the dough, let it stand for 5 minutes and mix well again.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in short pulses for 5-10 seconds in the microwave.

Add the chocolate to the dough and stir again.

Grease the mold (20 x 20 cm).

Put the dough in a tin and bake, 25-35 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.

Let the finished brownie cool slightly.
