olive oil

tofu
200 g
soy parmesan
100 g

Go over the spinach: rinse and remove the stems. Cook in salted water for 2 minutes, then immediately pour over ice water. In a blender, crush the spinach into a paste.

Add the flour, salt, pepper and oil. Knead until smooth and smooth. Put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
