Ingredients for 4-6 servings
crayfish
1 pack
garlic
3 heads
olive oil
1-2 tsp
Dijon mustard
1-2 tsp
cream curd cheese
60-70 g
sour cream
2 tbsp. l.
fennel

Step 1/5
Defrost the crayfish. Pour the heads of garlic lightly with olive oil without peeling. Wrap in foil and bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 ℃ for 20 minutes.

Put the cream cheese, sour cream, mustard and finely chopped dill in a bowl. Mix until components are connected.

Squeeze baked garlic into the sauce - this can be done right with your hands, you don't need a garlic press. Mix well again.

Salt and mix again.
Step 5/5
Warm the crayfish and serve with the sauce.
