Non-banal jam, tasting more like a dessert with the consistency of chocolate paste. It is better to store such jam in the refrigerator, but you can increase the amount of sugar to a ratio of 1:1 with plum and cook in three batches - and then roll it up for the winter.

Ingredients
plum

chocolate bitter
50 g
water
100 ml
fresh mint

Step 1/7
Divide the plums into halves, removing the seeds.
Step 2/7
Cover with sugar and leave for a few hours or overnight at room temperature.
Step 3/7
Add 100 ml of water to the drain and bring to a boil, cook for 10 minutes, removing the foam. Set aside for an hour.

Add the chocolate, broken into pieces, and bring back to the boil.
Step 5/7
Place the fresh mint, stems side up, so it can be easily removed from the pot. Cook for another 15 minutes, stirring.
Step 6/7
Sterilize the jars in the oven or over steam. Remove the mint from the pot, pour the jam hot into the jars and close the lids.
Step 7/7
Jam ready.
