Cherry tomato jam is an unusual but delicious treat. It can be served simply with tea, or you can with hard cheeses or add instead of honey to a cheese plate - it will turn out both appetizing and original.

Recipe "Jam from tomatoes"
Ingredients for 5-6 servings
cherry tomatoes
500 g
sugar
300g
lemon
1 pc. (juice only)
allspice peas
3 pcs.

Wash the tomatoes, remove the green tails, if any. Put the sugar in a small saucepan.

Remove the seeds from the lemon and squeeze the juice into the pan with the sugar.

Put the spices in. Place on the heat and heat until the sugar dissolves. Stir and bring to the boil.

Add the tomatoes. Bring everything together to a boil and remove from the stove. Leave for 30 minutes. Then bring to a boil again and leave for an hour.

After an hour, bring to a boil again and put in a clean dry jar. Keep in the fridge for up to 1 month.
