semi-hard cheese (Altai, Grand Prix, Mologa, Cheddar, Manchester)

Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks.

Beat the yolks into a foam. Add flour and baking powder, stir thoroughly (you can mix).

Add cream and grated cheese, mix thoroughly.
Step 4/5
Beat the whites to soft peaks, gently stir them into the dough with a spoon or spatula.

Allow the batter to rest for 15-20 minutes before baking. Be sure to heat the waffle iron well, then slightly lower the temperature and grease the heated surface with oil. Bake the waffles, spreading out the dough with a spoon.
