Mix the eggs in a bowl with the sugar until dissolved. Use a mixer, but if it's not there, a fork will do.

Melt butter, this can be done in the microwave in about a minute. Add the melted butter to the egg and sugar mixture. Pour in the milk, mix well until smooth.

Gradually add the sifted flour to the liquid mixture. The dough should turn out thick, about like on fritters.

Put the dough on a not very heated frying pan, you do not need to use oil. One waffle takes about 1.5-2 tablespoons of dough. Spoon the dough as thinly as possible throughout the pan. Fry the waffles over a medium-low heat on both sides until browned. It is important to fry precisely on low heat, take your time so that the dough dries correctly and the waffles come out crispy.
