zucchini (small)

wheat flour

baking powder

parsley

Wash the zucchini, remove the stalks. Grind on a coarse grater.

Add eggs, flour, baking powder, salt to the grated zucchini. Finely chop the parsley and also put in a bowl.

Stir through all the ingredients and leave for 5 minutes. If the dough is too thin, you can add a little more flour.

Preheat the waffle iron. Brush each plate with a little vegetable oil. With a tablespoon, put the dough in the cells, close the waffle maker and cook the waffles according to the instructions for your device (each batch is approximately 10 minutes). If your waffle maker is setting up cooking modes, you do not need to cook at maximum heat - for example, at 4 out of 5.

Arrange the ready-made waffles on plates, lay the cream cheese beautifully on top, caviar and serve. If the caviar is very salty, salt may not be added to the waffles.
