celery

Step 1/5
Pour 2.5 liters of water over the duck, add a pinch of salt and paprika, cook for about 2 hours over low heat without boiling.

Strain the broth, let the duck cool and remove the remaining meat from the bones, return the broth to the pan along with the meat.

Cut the onion with feathers, oyster mushrooms with strips. Fry onions and mushrooms in a small amount of sesame oil. Add to the soup and cook for 15 minutes.
