Recipe for Pita Bread Snails with Cheese and Ham
Ingredients for 7-8 servings
Armenian tandoor pita bread
4 pack.
turkey ham
2 pack. (700 g)
cheddar cheese
1 pack (200 g)
suluguni
1 pack (280 g)
sour cream 20%
200 g
onion green
multiple feathers
fennel
a few twigs
ground paprika
to taste

Cut the ham into thin slices, grate the cheeses, finely chop the greens.

Mix the filling with sour cream, distribute evenly over the pita bread.
Step 3/5
Roll the pita bread tightly into a roll and cut into portion snails.
Step 4/5
Place in a tin, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and paprika.

Bake at 180C for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and mouthwatering.
