Pike ear recipe
Ingredients for 8-10 servings

Step 1/6
Pour 2 liters of water into a deep saucepan and put on the heat. Send fish and a whole onion there. Once boiling, reduce the heat to medium, salt to taste and cook for 30 minutes. During cooking, periodically remove the emerging foam.

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into medium cubes.

When the fish is cooked, transfer it from the broth using a slotted spoon to a plate. The main thing is to do it carefully, as it can "fall apart." Remove the onion from the pot, we won't need it. The broth can be strained through a sieve to make it more transparent.

Put carrots and potatoes in the broth (you do not need to fry them). Add the black peppercorns and bay leaves.

Divide the pike meat into pieces.

After 15 minutes, when the vegetables are cooked, the ear is ready. Put pieces of fish in plates and pour broth. Top with chopped green onions.
