Recipe "Pumpkin soup-puree classic"
Ingredients for 4 servings
pumpkin
500 g
cream 15%
1 bottle (200g)
garlic
2 cloves
onions
1 pc.
ground turmeric
1/2 tsp
olive oil
1 tbsp. spoon
salt
1/4 tsp or to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
pumpkin seeds
for decorating
fresh thyme
for decorating
fat cream
for decoration (optional)
water

Step 1/8
Peel the onions and garlic, cut into arbitrarily large pieces.
Step 2/8
Preheat a pan of olive oil. Put the onion and garlic in it and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 3/8
Wash and peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into roughly 2x2cm cubes.

Put in a saucepan with garlic onions and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add turmeric and salt to vegetables, mix. Pour the water into the pan and cook until the pumpkin softens (about 20 minutes).

Grind the finished vegetables with a blender until smooth.

Add 100-200g cream - the exact amount depends on the consistency of the soup you love. Pepper to taste, mix and warm everything together for a couple of minutes.

Pour the soup into plates, garnish with pumpkin seeds, fresh thyme and optionally fatty cream.
