Pumpkin Juice Recipe

Sugar
1 kg
Citric acid
1 tbsp. l.
Orange

We cut the peeled pumpkin into pieces of about 3 cm. Pour in 1.5 liters of water and cook until soft for 40 minutes.

Beat with a mixer along with 2 oranges (better Navelin). Add sugar, citric acid and 4 liters of water.

As it boils, pour into jars, close with lids and turn upside down. Cover with a blanket until cool. We store in a dark cool place.
