Pumpkin Latte Recipe

Ingredients for 2 servings

whole milk (or any plant milk)
300 ml
pumpkin puree
100g (or pumpkin peeled - 150g)
tea and coffee spice mix
1 tsp
maple syrup
2 tsp
coffee
100 ml
coconut milk
50 g
Step 1/4
For the raw pumpkin option, preheat the oven to 180C, cut the pumpkin into medium-sized cubes and bake for 15 minutes until soft. Then punch in a blender until evenly mashed. For the finished mash option, go to step 2.

Heat the milk in a ladle or saucepan, then add the pumpkin puree, spice mixture and maple syrup. Stirring continuously, bring almost to a boil.

Beat the coconut milk with a mixer until foamy and stable.
Step 4/4
Pour one shot of espresso (50 ml) into latte glasses, then top up the resulting pumpkin latte mixture almost to the top of the glass. Decorate the drink with a cap of whipped coconut milk, a tube of cinnamon and lightly sprinkle the spice mixture on top.
