Pumpkin patties with cheese recipe

Pumpkin
500 g
Egg
1 pc.
Semolina
4 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour
6 tbsp. l.
Cheese (best of all "Poshekhonsky ")
to taste
Spices (salt/black pepper/turmeric/dried garlic)

Peel and grate the pumpkin on a fine grater (the smaller the better).

Add salt, pepper and leave for a couple of minutes to let the pumpkin juice. At this time, you can cut cheese into small slices, I took Poshekhonsky, it is great. Then squeeze all the juice out of the pumpkin.
