Pumpkin pancakes recipe
Ingredients for 2 servings
Pumpkin
200 g
Chicken eggs
4 pcs.
Wheat flour or other
200 g
Milk 2.5%
400 ml
Water
240 ml
Butter or vegetable oil
to taste
Salt
to taste
Date syrup
to taste
Sweetener
to taste

Prepare all ingredients.
Step 2/8
Cut the pumpkin and put to cook with a minimum amount of water (about 40 ml) until softened.
Step 3/8
Without draining water, turn the pumpkin into mashed potatoes using a submerged blender. Add the remaining water, milk and eggs to the puree.

Beat thoroughly with a whisk until smooth.

Add flour and salt. Mix everything well. The dough should be similar in consistency to kefir.

Add a few tablespoons of melted butter or vegetable oil to the finished dough and mix again.

Fry like a classic version of pancakes in a well-heated pan greased with oil.

Serve the finished pancakes with date syrup, honey or sour cream. Enjoy!:)
