Pumpkin Cookies Recipe
Ingredients for 6 servings
Pumpkin
400 g
Flour
250 g
Sugar
80 g
Refined vegetable oil
80 ml
Cinnamon
1 tsp
Ground ginger
1 tsp
Ground cardamom
to taste
Salt
to taste
Baking powder

Cut the pumpkin into pieces and bake in the oven if 180S. This can take 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the pieces. Free the finished pumpkin from the peel, mash the flesh with a fork until mashed.

Sift the flour into a bowl, add sugar, all the spices, a pinch of salt and baking powder, mix.

Add the pumpkin puree to the dry ingredients in a bowl and pour in the vegetable oil.

Knead soft dough.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper, heat the oven to 180S. Roll balls out of the dough and spread on a baking sheet a short distance apart. Press each ball with a fork, leaving a clear trace. Bake for 15-20 minutes, cool completely before serving.
