soft cheese CreamCheese (or Robiola )

Step 1/4
Break the crackers into crumbs and mix with a teaspoon of caramel.
Step 2/4
Mashed baked pumpkin with a blender, set aside 50 g.
Step 3/4
Mix 100 g of puree with CreamCheese and 1 teaspoon of caramel, 50 g of puree with the remaining caramel.
Step 4/4
Assemble the dessert in plates or glasses in layers: the bottom layer is cracker crumbs, then a pumpkin-cream layer, with a caramel-pumpkin layer on top. Dessert is ready! Can be refrigerated for 1 day.
