Cauliflower
600 g
Potatoes
250 g
Salt
1 tsp
Spices: black pepper, coriander, paprika

Pumpkin, potatoes wash, clean and cut into cubes. Wash the cauliflower and cut into inflorescences.

Transfer the vegetables to one large bowl and then stir.

Sprinkle vegetables with salt and spices: black pepper, ground coriander, paprika (about 1/2 tsp each). Then mix everything, add vegetable oil and mix again.

Grease the baking dish with vegetable oil and transfer vegetables to it.

Put the mold with vegetables in a preheated oven and cover with a lid or a sheet of parchment paper. Bake at 180 degrees for about 40-50 minutes (navigate cauliflower). At the end of cooking (about 10 minutes before the end), the lid or sheet of parchment paper can be removed for baking with a small crust (optional).
