Pumpkin in the Oven Recipe
Ingredients for 2-4 servings
pumpkin
500 g
orange
2 pcs.
sugar
2 tsp
ground cinnamon
0.5 tsp or to taste
Step 1/7
Wash the pumpkin, peel the seeds. For this recipe, it is better to take a round pumpkin or part with seeds of an oblong butternut pumpkin.

Cut the pumpkin into slices about 2 cm thick at the base, for this recipe it can not be cleaned.

Wash the oranges. With a knife, peel the oranges and cut out the slices so that there are no white films on them.

Place the pumpkin and orange wedges in the baking dish. Squeeze the juice from the remaining orange pulp (from which the wedges were cut) on top.

Sprinkle sugar over the pumpkin and oranges. Put the tin in a preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 180C.

When ready, sprinkle the pumpkin with the oranges with ground cinnamon.
