Recipe "Warm salad with squid and potatoes"
Ingredients for 2-3 servings
potatoes
2-3 pcs.
squid tentacles g/c
1 pc.
boiled egg
1 pc.
olives
20-30 pcs.
dried tomatoes
3 pcs.
basil fresh
3 leaves
For the sauce:
olive oil
2 tbsp. spoons
mustard
1 tsp
garlic
1 clove
Step 1/5
Boil the potatoes in their uniforms for 10 minutes until al dente.

While the potatoes are cooking, cut the squid into rings, cut the olives in half.

Make the sauce. Combine the olive oil, mustard and garlic and mix thoroughly until combined.

Peel boiled potatoes, cut into pieces (baby small potatoes just need to be cut in half, it will take 2 times more for the recipe). Fry in a frying pan until ruddy golden brown.

Pick a salad. Put the fried potatoes on a plate, pour over the cooked sauce. Place the squid pieces on top in no particular order, add the olives, sun-dried tomatoes and basil leaves. Halve the egg and place on top.
