Waffles on this recipe are a great breakfast "constructor." Recipe "Curd waffles"

Ingredients for 3-4 servings

cottage cheese
180 g
egg (S2)
2 pcs.
vanilla sugar
1 tsp
sugar
2 tbsp. l.
salt
1/4 tsp
flour
3 tbsp. l. with a slide
vegetable oil
2 tbsp. l + a little more for lubrication
baking powder
1/4 tsp
Step 1/3
Beat the eggs with the salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the cottage cheese and knead until smooth.
Step 2/3
Add flour, mixing the mass each time. The consistency of the dough should be like thick sour cream. Add baking powder, oil and mix again.
Step 3/3
Grease a waffle iron, lay out the dough and bake for 3-5 minutes. Serve with icing sugar.
