Recipe "Curd curds with parmesan"
Ingredients per 9 servings
formation curd
350 g
butter
60 g
parmesan
30 g
icing sugar
to taste
vanillin
to taste
milk chocolate
2 tiles
vegetable oil
2 tbsp. spoons
Step 1/6
Combine cottage cheese, butter, powder, vanillin and punch with a blender until creamy. It will take no more than 1 minute.

Add the parmesan crumble, stir.
Step 3/6
Put the resulting mass in a plastic bag, cut off the edge from it and put the curds on the board. Put in the freezer for an hour.
Step 4/6
5 minutes before taking out the curds, make the icing. Melt milk chocolate in a water bath, adding vegetable oil to it.

Dip each cheese in the icing and let the chocolate set. Since the curds are cold, this happens very quickly.
