Recipe from our customer Natalia Stupina from the social network VKontakte. 1. Grate the cheese, cut the dill. 2. Combine cottage cheese, cheese, flour, egg, baking powder. Add your favorite fresh greens, salt and pepper. Knead the dough. 3. Form balls, make a hole in the middle of each. Place the resulting bagels on a baking tray. Brush with egg, sprinkle with spices (such as dry Italian herbs and garlic) or sesame seeds if desired. 4. Bake in an oven preheated to 180C for 20 minutes. There are such cottage cheese bagels that taste warmest. They also replace bread perfectly .
