Recipe "Cottage cheese casserole with rice"
Ingredients for 4-6 servings

round grain rice

chicken egg

sour cream 20%
3 tbsp. spoons
sugar

Step 1/5
Rinse the rice, pour hot water in the ratio of the 1 part of rice to the 4 parts of water and boil until cooked.

Mix the sugar with the eggs and whisk until the sugar dissolves completely.

Then add sour cream, cottage cheese and rice, mix well.

Grease a baking dish or multicooker bowl with oil, put out the curd mass.

Bake for about 30-40 minutes at 180C in the oven or slow cooker in "Bake" mode.
